Shipping policy

We understand that your kid's body odor is making it difficult to breathe which is why we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders will typically be processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. However, during peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer standard shipping via USPS for all orders within the United States. Occasionally we commission Santa Claus to help us out during the Holidays if he is willing to trade.  The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment and 5-8 business days for economy shipping. 

Shipping Rates

We offer free economy shipping for all orders over $24.99. For orders under $24.99, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates typically range between $4.90-$6.90.

Shipment Notification

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@body206.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.  We hope to save parents from bad body odor in other countries soon.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you want to return a product you must contact us at support@body206.com and we will help assist with any concern or question.  Each customer is limited to one return per customer.  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will only accept returns from products purchased directly from our website and not from products purchased from a third party.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@body206.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
